What You'll Do

• Analyze cap tables, funding rounds, and capital structures of Chinese startups.
• Research state-linked capital, subsidy programs, and related funding sources.
• Model capital-dependency scenarios as part of structural due diligence.
• Support data gathering and fact-checking across live engagements.

What We're Looking For

• Background in finance or economics, with a focus on Chinese capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.
• Familiarity with VC/PE deal structures and cap table mechanics.
