Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026

Our commitment to making zinveo.com usable by as many people as possible.

1. Our commitment

Zinveo is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that structural risk intelligence should be easy to reach for every institutional investor evaluating Chinese startups, regardless of how they browse the web, and we continue to work toward improving the usability and accessibility of zinveo.com for all visitors.

2. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define three conformance levels: A, AA, and AAA. This website targets WCAG 2.1, Level AA, the level most commonly required by accessibility legislation, including the technical standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its implementing French legislation.

Our conformance status is partially conformant: this means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the Level AA standard, for the reasons described in Section 6 (Known limitations) below. This status reflects a self-assessment based on our own review against the WCAG 2.1 success criteria as of the "Last updated" date above, rather than a certified third-party audit.

3. Measures we take

This website is built with the following accessibility measures in mind:

  • Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and interactive elements, including dropdown navigation.
  • Support for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, animations, background videos, and scroll-driven effects are replaced with static alternatives for visitors who have this preference enabled in their browser or operating system.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so they are skipped by screen readers.
  • Sufficient color contrast for text against its background, in line with WCAG AA guidance (a minimum 4.5:1 ratio for standard text).
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and devices, from mobile phones to large desktop monitors.
  • Visible focus states on interactive elements, so keyboard users can track their position on the page.
  • Clear, consistent labeling of form fields and buttons to support assistive technologies.

4. Browser and assistive technology compatibility

We aim for this website to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with commonly used assistive technologies such as screen readers (for example, VoiceOver and NVDA). As browsers and assistive technologies continue to evolve, we periodically review how this Site performs against them.

5. Ongoing efforts

Accessibility improvement is a continuous process. As we add new sections and features to this website, we review them against the measures described above before and after release, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify gaps we may have missed. We intend to revisit our conformance self-assessment at least annually and whenever a significant new feature is released.

6. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of this website are not yet fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Specific, currently known limitations include:

  • Complex interactive diagrams (such as the framework and timing/concentration visualizations used on Solutions pages) currently rely primarily on visual presentation, and an equally rich text-based alternative is still being developed.
  • Some data visualizations built for this site (for example, the charts accompanying Facts and press articles) convey certain comparative detail through color and bar length that may not be fully redundant with an accessible text or table equivalent yet.
  • Third-party embedded content, where used, is not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard we apply to content we build directly.

We are working to address these over time, and we prioritize fixes based on their impact on visitors.

7. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or have suggestions on how we can improve, please contact us at contact@zinveo.com or by phone at +33 7 69 10 46 42. Please describe the page you were on, the issue you encountered, and, if relevant, the browser or assistive technology you were using, this helps us investigate and resolve issues more quickly. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues within a timeframe proportionate to their impact.

8. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may be entitled to raise the matter with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. In France, digital accessibility obligations are overseen under the legislation transposing the European Accessibility Act and the Loi pour une République numérique; we encourage you to contact us first so we have the opportunity to address the issue directly.
